Need to have your Contract reviewed prior to signing?

A Contract of Sale or Offer and Acceptance is a legally binding agreement between the Seller and Buyer outlining the terms of a real estate sale or purchase.

There is no “cooling off” period in Western Australia, so the following is essential to consider.

It is important to get legal advice on the Contract, and this service can be offered through our parent company, Capital Legal.

Generally, the Purchaser signs the Offer and Acceptance created by the Agent first. Buyers should request a blank copy of the Contract and any disclosure statements (if applicable) from the selling Agent, along with a copy of the Title, and ask West Coast Conveyancing to review it before signing an Offer for presentation to the Seller.

By having the Contract review, you will know the terms of the Contract and have explained to you the limitations of some conditions and the risks associated. At West Coast Conveyancing, we can help you draft special conditions if needed or recommend if any should be removed.
