1. The promoters for this competition are:
    1. Capital Legal Pty Ltd (ACN 163 390 145) (Capital Legal).
    2. Capital Legal’s wholly owned subsidiary West Coast Conveyancing;
    3. Capital Legal’s wholly owned subsidiary L J Hooker Settlements; and
    4. Capital Legal trading as Sheridan’s Settlements,
      (together the promoter).
  2. The promotional period of the competition is from the launch date of the Newsletter, being 15 March 2023, as distributed by LJ Hooker Settlements, West Coast Conveyancing and Sheridans Settlements until 30 April 2023.
  3. This competition is open to any licensed/registered real estate agent in Western Australia who:
    1. Is over the age of eighteen (18) years old; and
    2. Likes and follows the LinkedIn page as described in the newsletter relevant to the competition.

  4. To enter this competition, an entrant must like and follow the LinkedIn page as described in the Newsletter distributed by LJ Hooker Settlements, West Coast Conveyancing and Sheridans Settlements, before 30 April 2023.
  5. Liking and following the LinkedIn page (as described) will equal one entry. Any entry by a person who is not a licensed/registered real estate agent in Western Australia will be disqualified.
  6. The prize is a one off $5,000.00 Realestate.com advertising package.
  7. The prize is as stated and is not transferable to another individual, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered and the prize is subject to Realestate.com’s terms and conditions.
  8. The draw will be at random on 30 April 2023 by Capital Legal’s managing director. The entrant who is drawn first will be the winner (winning entrant) and will be notified and reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner.
  9. The winning entrant will receive the prize within 14 days of claiming the prize subject to any delays outside of the promotor’s control.
  10. If the winning entrant does not claim the prize within 7 business days, the winning entrant will lose all rights to the prize and a redraw will occur after the 7 business days.
  11. Subject to paragraph 10, the winning entrant will be final and no disputes will be entered into.
  12. By entering this competition, the entrant consents to Capital Legal obtaining their LinkedIn details. The winning entrant’s details will be published and promoted on the LinkedIn page.
  13. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice if any event outside the promoter’s control occurs.
  14. By entering this competition, the entrant is consenting to be bound by these terms and conditions.
